EXHIBIT OFFICE ON THURSDAY, JUNE 20, 2013 OPEN TILL 3:00 P.M.
• Booth set-up will start Thursday, June 20th from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
• Apparatus set-up will start at 10:00am.
• 8'x10' & 10'x10' only: Booth set-up will be continuing on Friday, June 21st from 8:00am until 9:00am
Friday, June 21st : 9:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday, June 22nd: 9:00am - 3:00pm
Sunday, June 23rd : 9:00am - 2:00pm
Rooms at the four contracted hotels are not available for reservations until April 15th. The Host Hotel Rate is only $115.00++. For guarantee of the conference rate you must register by May 21st. Hotel reservations must be made by telephone.
